Setup Days

Our main show days are Friday & Saturday. You may show up and start setting up your booth on the Wednesday and Thursday prior, however we prefer the Thursday before the event if possible.

Wristbands and Amenities

Wristbands

Vendor wristbands are different than General Admission bands, and will allow you to get in the building. Each booth spot comes with 4 by default, but you may add more in your purchase if you have more than 4 people on your team.

Amenities

All vendors at FP Truck Fest have access to free lunch and dinner for both main show days, as well as free drinks and private bathrooms.

Trailer Parking

If you have a trailer that won't be at your booth for the show, you will park your trailer here - you can pull any trailers into the gates on setup days.

*PLEASE*

Any trailers that will not be at your booth during the show, please have them out of the main lot by the end of the day Thursday.
